SUGGESTION AND OFFER


Hello everyone! welcome back to my blog. Today i will explain to you about suggestion and offering, i will also give you the examples.

SUGGESTION

Suggestion means giving people a particular idea by associating it with other ideas.

When making suggestions, we often use the following expressions :

- Let's...

- Why don't we...

- What about...

- I think...

Accepting suggestions example :

- Yes, that's a good idea

- I will do that

- Okay, let's go

Declining suggestions example :

- I don't think that's a good idea

- No, i don't think so

- Sorry, we can't do that



OFFER

Offer means to give help to someone, in terms of food, money, etc.

When making offers, we often use the following expressions :

- May i...

- Can i...

- Shall i...

- Would you...

Accepting offers example :

- Yes, please

- I really appreciate it

- Okay, thank you for helping me

Declining offers example :

- It's okay, i can do it myself

- No, thank you

- That's alright, i can manage it by  my own

That is the explanation of suggestion and offer. Now, i will show you a dialogue of giving a suggestion.

Alpha : Are you okay, ade? it looks like you’re sick.
Ulul : Yes. My stomach hurt.
Alpha : Are you eating?
Ulul : It is, but I do not have breakfast this morning.
Alpha : Why?
Ulul : I think is I was too late, so I rushed to school withoutbreakfast first.
Alpha : Well then, let’s get to the UKs.
Ulul : Do not.
Alpha: But your pain will be worse.
Ulul : I can go alone.
Alpha : Are you sure?
Ulul : Yes. Thank you
