Hello everyone! welcome back to my blog. Today i will explain to you about Opinions and Thoughts, i will also give you the examples.



What is Opinion?

Opinion, is an opinion to explain certain preferences or tendencies towards ideologies and perspectives that have a non-objective nature

Let's look at the sentence structure to express opinions

Subject    +    Verb    +    Object
I                   Agree         With what you are saying
I               Don’t agree     With you
We               Believe        This is not the right way to handle things
I                   Doubt         That this is possible
We              Assume        You are blased this issue
I                   Think          You are mistaken
I                Don’t think     So

Agreeing with opinion
 
• Of course 
• I agree with this opinion
• I couldn’t agree more 
• I agree with what you are saying
• I agree, I never thought of it
• Neither do I 
• That’s a good point
• I think so too 

Disagreeing with opinion 
There are several expressions used to express disagreement with the opinion expressed, namely :
• Not sure I agree with you 
• I am afraid I have to disagree with you 
• I do not believe that 
• I think you are wrong
• It is not justified to say so 
• I am not convinced that 
• That’s not the same thing at all

EXAMPLE
"In my opinion, teachers and parents must work together in educating children to produce quality individuals."
"The sky this afternoon looks very cloudy, I think it will rain soon."
"The corruption of officials in Indonesia seems endless, maybe if Indonesia applies the death penalty for corruptors, the corruption rate will decrease drastically."

What is Thuoght?
Thought is a form of verb 2 and verb 3 of think (think). Thought can also mean thoughts, when used as a noun. A deeper explanation of verbs and nouns can be seen in parts of speech.

EXAMPEL
* Dio thought that he had missed the train
* I have thought I was Aldo called me
* They have thought the car was andyn
* My best friend told to stop give a thought to my ex- girlfriend

EXAMPLE DIALOG OPINION AND THOUGHT

Alpha : Hi Dio! What are you doing?
Dio : I’m reading a newspaper.
Alpha : any good news?
Dio : I’ve just read about full day school.
Alpha : so what your opinion about that?
Dio : in my view, it is useful for Indonesian education development. Because if school time is extended until 4 or 5 PM, students can learn more. So, Indonesia’s educational ranking in the world can be increased.
Alpha : Do you think like that? But how about the students? Don’t you think it is too boring for them? In school all day.
Dio : No, If the teacher can bring class situation more fun, giving them exciting activities, so the student will enjoy their day in school.
Alpha : I think you’re right.
