 PROCEDURE TEXT : HOW TO MAKE




Hello guys, welcome back to my blog!! How are you? I hope you are always stay healthy. Today i wanna tell you about how to make.

In everyday life we are certainly no stranger to the word how to make . how to make is very useful as a guide for those of us who will use something to comply with the rules, now for example how to make fried rice , how to make Birthday Cake and others

here I will explain how to make a birthday cake



kinds of materials
4 eggs
150 gr sugar
1 tsp sp/tbm/ovalet
100 gr medium protein flour
30 gr cocoa powder
60 gr dark cooking chocolate
20 gr butter/margarine
80 ml vegetable oil/cooking oil
18 cm round tin
enough buttercream
grated lemon compound to taste 

Steps : 
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter with the team method

2. After it melts, remove it, add oil, mix well, set aside

3. Mix flour and cocoa powder, mix well and set aside

4. Heat the steamer.

5. Combine eggs, sugar and SP then mix with a mixer for 10 minutes on high speed until thickened

6. Add the flour mixture in two stages while sifting, mix with a spatula

7. Enter the melted chocolate, stir with a folding stirring technique until blended

8. Put it in a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and a baking sheet

9. Steam over low heat for 30 minutes

10. Test with a skewer, lift, remove from the pan, wait for it to cool

11. Brush the surface of the cake with butter cream and add toppings according to taste
